What to write about

• Bug reports — tell us the tool, your browser and version, and what went wrong. If you can, describe the steps that led to it.

Help us reproduce a bug

Because every tool runs inside your own browser, a problem you see can depend on your device, browser or the specific file. The more detail you can give — the tool's name, your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and whether you're on a phone or computer — the faster we can track it down. A quick note about the image (its format and rough size) often helps too.

Please don't email us your files

A reminder: because every tool runs entirely in your browser, we never receive your files and can't access them — that's the point. So there's no need to send us your images or documents, and we'd rather you didn't. If a specific file causes a problem, just describe it.
